NSCRNSCR

A little context

Nutrition should feel like support.

NSCR, short for Nutrition Science Resources, exists to make nutrition practical, understandable, evidence-informed, and sustainable for real people.

A colorful table of fresh ingredients

The mission

Less noise. More trust in the choices you make every day.

You don't need another list of rules. You need a clear starting point, support that respects your life, and a way of eating that can move with you. This is a place for useful context, honest conversations, and small changes that add up.

Adrian Ashton, founder of NSCR

Meet Adrian

Hi, I'm Adrian.

I'm a certified Nutrition Coach through NASM and the founder of NSCR. I blend science, empathy, and strategy to help busy professionals build habits that last.

My approach is collaborative. Together, we use biofeedback, mindset tools, and flexible nutrition strategies to align your habits with your goals. No rigid plans or quick fixes, just progress and self-trust.

Eat well. Feel well. Live well.

What guides the work

01

Evidence-informed

Good guidance should be grounded in what we know, and honest about what we don't.

02

Practical

The best plan is one that works on a Wednesday when life is busy.

03

Sustainable

We build habits for the long run, not a perfect two-week sprint.

04

Accessible

Nutrition information should leave you clearer, not more confused.
